RETURNS:
Returns must be received at Mission Linen Supply within 10 business days of the initial order.
Step One:
Call 877-657-7257 or email Mission Linen Supply at
returns@missionlinen.com
for a Return Authorization Number. Indicate your RA# on an MLS shipping label
that can be printed, below:
Return Shipping Label.
Place this label on the package that you send back to Mission Linen Supply.
Step Two:
Fill out a return form, available below. Indicate the reason for the return and your RA#.
Garments must be returned in the same condition as when shipped to you
(unused, unworn with all tags attached. Altered garments, or those that
have been embellished with patches, logos, emblems or names, are not returnable.

EXCHANGES:
We do not make exchanges on returned merchandise.
Credits are issued for returns, and replacement shipments are invoiced.
CANCELLED OR REFUSED ORDERS:
If packages are refused upon delivery, the customer will be responsible for all taxes,
return shipping and a 20% restocking fee. Original shipping cost will not be refunded.
