Steve Kulchin

Vice President of Human Resources

For the past eleven years, Steve has provided guidance and leadership to Mission Linen employees, introducing innovative new programs in performance management and accountability. He has built an HR organization that has focused efforts on establishing sound employee relations, developing effective managers, and improving individual and team performance. Steve has more than twenty-five years of experience in Human Resources, having worked for several major corporations including Johnson & Johnson, Neutrogena, Hughes Aircraft Company, and Kyocera. Steve has a B.A. in Public Administration from San Diego State University, San Diego, CA.
