Management Training

Mission Linen Supply currently has opportunities for bright, hard-working, ambitious individuals seeking positions in Management. Our Management Training Program focuses on practical skills and managerial training in our exciting industry. Initial assignment is at one of our training plants located in California or Arizona to be trained in sales, service, production and administration by one of our successful General Managers. Along the way there will be visits to our corporate headquarters in Santa Barbara to learn more about our company and gain additional training. The program is designed to produce capable managers at all levels. If you demonstrate the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed and lead - the sky's the limit! Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills a plus.

This formal training program requires participants to spend one week a year of management education for five years. The program is specifically designed for the uniform and textile service industry and focuses on management and leadership development.
