Santa Barbara, CA – February 17, 2010 Mission Linen Supply, a leader in textile rental and buy direct programs, announced today that it has been awarded an exclusive 3 year contract from Lancaster Community Hospital and Palmdale Regional Medical Center. Under this arrangement both facilities will rely on Mission Linen’s Lancaster plant to provide all of their patient linen supply needs.
Currently Lancaster Community Hospital uses over 60,000 pieces of linen per month. With the opening of The Palmdale Regional Medical Center, linen usage is expected to expand by 10%. The partnership promises to have a positive impact on the local economy and offers good news to community members who are seeking employment.
