These SMS Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the text message (SMS) communications offered by Mission Linen Supply (“Mission Linen Supply,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive text messages from your Mission Linen Supply representative, you accept these Terms. Information you provide is handled as described in our SMS Privacy Statement.

Program description

Mission Linen Supply uses SMS for one-to-one, service-related conversations between our employees and the business customers they serve. Each SMS-enabled number is assigned to an individual Mission Linen Supply employee who texts with the specific customer contacts they work with. This program is not used for marketing, promotional, bulk, or automated messaging.

Messages you can expect

If you opt in, the types of messages you may receive include:

  • Uniform and linen route delivery and pickup scheduling.
  • Service order confirmations and changes.
  • Follow-ups on service requests.
  • Billing and accounts-receivable questions related to your account.
  • Replies to messages and questions you send us.

How you opt in

Mission Linen Supply collects consent to text you verbally, in the course of providing service — for example, when your Mission Linen Supply representative speaks with you in person at your location or by phone, you may provide your mobile number and agree to receive service text messages. Providing your number is optional and is not a condition of any purchase or service.

How to get help

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. After you reply STOP, you will receive a single confirmation message and will receive no further messages from that number. Reply START to resume messages.

The keywords STOP, QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, and OPT OUT will unsubscribe you; HELP returns help information; and START resumes messages after you have opted out.

Service availability

SMS messaging is available only to recipients with mobile numbers in the United States (including Puerto Rico) and Canada. Delivery of messages is subject to the effective transmission of your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy
