Mission Linen Supply Names John Ross Vice President Operations

Santa Barbara, CA — January 2013 – Santa Barbara, CA – Mission Linen Supply, a leader in textile rental and buy direct programs, announced today that John Ross has been named Vice President Operations.

“John Ross brings a background of experience and training that will help us continue to build a bigger and stronger company; moreover, his principles are a solid fit with our own,” said Karl Willig, President and CEO.

Previously Mr. Ross was Senior Vice President for Swisher Hygiene, where he was responsible for overseeing a $200 million field sales and service operation throughout North America.

Prior to joining Swisher Hygiene, Mr. Ross was General Manager of Cintas Corporation, a specialized services company to businesses of all types, with $4.1 billion in annual revenues. There Mr. Ross was responsible for the third largest field operation out of 300. He supervised more than 200 employees among production operations, outside sales and service departments, including the customer service call center, human resources and administrative functions.

Mr. Ross served in the United States Army’s 1st Calvary Division as a Platoon Leader and Operations Staff Officer. A graduate of West Point, Mr. Ross received his MBA from the University of California, Irvine in Finance and Information Technology.
